ICELAND COTTAGE AND REYKJAVIK APARTMENT RENTAL POLICIES:

	50% deposit required to hold a reservation, with balance due 4 weeks before check-in.
	One week minimum during peak season, four night minimum during off season (see Rates) or inquire about alternatives.
	Check in after 4:00, check out at noon. Earlier check in is possible if no one is in the house the previous night.
	No smoking inside the house
	No pets

CANCELLATION POLICY
A $75 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel 8 weeks or longer prior to arrival. The balance of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, every effort will be made to fill the vacancy. If the vacancy is filled you will be refunded your deposit, minus the cancellation fee. If the vacancy is not filled the deposit is non-refundable.
